Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Fourex Group, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 10081347. Our registered office is at Unit 4 Horace Waller VC Parade, Shaw Cross Business Centre, Dewsbury, United Kingdom, WF12 7RF.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Employees of EV2 Sportswear, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the sign-up form at
https://invite.ev2sportswear.com/bournemouth
during the promotional period and submit a valid email address and mobile phone number.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

Promotional Period

Entries must be received by 11:59pm on 29 June, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.

Prize

One student will receive the two tees with the highest amount of votes.

Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
EV2 reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number provided at sign-up within 7 days of the closing date.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, EV2 reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Account Registration

Existing customer accounts will not be transferred to the new EV2 online store.

All customers will need to create a new account when the new website launches.

Use of Data

By entering this prize draw, participants agree that their personal data may be used by EV2 Sportswear for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and sending launch updates and club shop communications, in accordance with EV2’s Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, marketing communications will only be sent where appropriate consent has been obtained.

Publicity

EV2 reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and club name for promotional purposes.
If the winner objects to this, they should notify EV2 when contacted.

General

EV2 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
EV2’s decision in relation to the promotion is final.

Liability

EV2 accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure,
satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

Right to Amend or Withdraw

EV2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
